简介：
本校公共衛生暨營養學院於2000年成立，結合公共衛生與保健營養兩大專業領域；但為更聚焦各自專業領域，本校於2016年8月成立營養學院，原公共衛生暨營養學院亦正式更名為「公共衛生學院」。其下設有公共衛生學系(大學部、碩博士班)；傷害防治學研究所(碩、博士班)；全球衛生暨發展碩士學位學程、應用流行病學碩士學位學程；全球衛生衛生安全博士學位學程。研究單位有三，其中「衛生政策暨健康照護研究中心｣及「健康平等研究中心｣著重於針對健康保險、衛生科技評估，長期照護及系統性思考應用於衛生照護制度等之研究，期望透過學術研究與論壇討論、形成政策建議，提供政府參考；「全球衛生安全研究中心｣，由衛福部疾病管制署經費設立，作為防疫合作議題之溝通平台，與美國Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security合作協助我國疾病管制署進行JEE（聯合外部評核），並參與GHSA（全球衛生安全倡議）此一由美國主導之衛生安全國際組織，藉此培育我國相關防疫人才，亦使本校公共衛生學院成為衛生福利部之重要智庫。
The College of Public Health was founded in 2000, and currently comprises of one school, one graduate institute, one all-English Master’s degree program and two research centers, including School of Public Health, Graduate Institute of Injury Prevention and Control, Master’s Program in Global Health and Development. The college focuses on preventive medicine and basic research in the development of academics, and plays a think tank role along with the two research centers to improve the quality of medical care and to provide evidence-based support for government policy-making.
