    摘要: Abstract
Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unique challenges globally, including in Indonesia. The country has taken various measures to control the spread of the virus. One potential strategy to boost vaccination coverage is by implementing Travel Restriction Requirement Regulations. However, comprehensive studies assessing the effectiveness of these regulations, especially considering socio-economic factors at the provincial level, are currently lacking.

Aim: This study aims to investigate the impact of Travel Restriction Requirement Regulations on vaccination rates in Indonesian provinces and assess their association with socio-economic indicators such as working population, population density, income per month, healthcare worker personnel, and health facility availability.

Results: The analysis showed that the travel restriction policies implemented on July 3, 2021, had a significant impact on vaccination rates. ANOVA tests revealed a substantial difference in rates over a 2-week period (F-value = 5.734, p < 0.008), but not over 1 month. Hierarchical regression highlighted the strong positive association between changes in vaccination intake and subsequent rate increases (Beta = 0.638 for 2 weeks, 0.572 for 1 month). Other factors like working population percentage and income had minimal influence. Population density correlated moderately (Beta = 0.554) with increased vaccination over 1 month, while factors like health center availability showed weak correlations.

Discussion: Targeted vaccination strategies tailored to regional demographics and workforce characteristics are essential for achieving equitable vaccine distribution in Indonesia. While policy interventions improve vaccination coverage, addressing disparities across provinces remains crucial. Additional support and resources may be needed for regions with persistently low vaccination coverage rates.
