    摘要: 本文採用質性的研究方法，探索組織圖書資訊服務業之知識資源時的影響特質與因素，研究發現：除了圖書資訊界向來所強調的「文獻特質」（如作者、題名、主題等）之外，圖書資訊服務業之知識領域也常用「處置特質」、「情境特質」、和「順序／架構特質」做為組織其知識資源的標準，其中「位置」、「時間」、「形式」、「用途／目的」、「客戶(機構)名」、「丟棄」等是最重要的影響因素。質性研究的結果，雖不能推論到整個相關產業，卻可
    做為後續研究的參考。
    Based on a qualitative research, this study investigated the attributes and factors affecting the organization of knowledge resources in the library and information service industry. The findings from this study show: in addition to "document/content" attributes (i.e. author, title, subject) emphasized by the library and information science field, the library and information service industry often takes "disposition", "situation", and "order/scheme" attributes as its standards of organizing knowledge resources. Above all, the most important factors are: "location", "time", "form", "use/
    purpose" and "discard".
