    摘要: 面對逐漸高齡化的社會和Covid-19後疫情時代，即時性、預防性的醫療系統更是急需被建立，其中必不可少的就是再生醫療的應用。而在台灣的再生醫療的應用層面仍不普及，且較少有研究以消費者的角度探討再生醫療的消費意願。然而，決定再生醫療的成功與否，主要取決於消費者願意接受的程度。因此，本研究的目的在於檢驗影響接受再生醫療的消費意願之影響因素。同時整合健康信念模式、自我效能、價格公平性認知來構建理論模型，並解釋再生醫療的消費意願。本計畫依問卷資料分析的結果，藉由探討目前再生醫療的發展瓶頸、消費意願的決定性因子，提出對再生醫療之未來發展的建議，而本研究的成果將對學術上未來研究方向可以提供建議，實務上將對再生醫療業者經營及技術提供發展的方向。
    In the face of an aging society and the post-Covid-19 epidemic era, an immediate and preventive medical system urgently needs to be established, among which the application of regenerative medicine is important. However, the application level of regenerative medicine in Taiwan is still not general, and there are few studies that explore the consumption intention of regenerative medicine from the perspective of consumers. However, the success of regenerative medicine mainly depends on the degree to which consumers are willing to accept it. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to examine the influencing factors of consumption intention to accept regenerative medicine. At the same time, it integrates health belief model, self-efficacy, and price fairness perception to construct a theoretical model and explain the consumption willingness of regenerative medicine. Based on the results of questionnaire data analysis, this project proposes suggestions for the future development of regenerative medicine by discussing the current development bottleneck of regenerative medicine and the decisive factors of consumption willingness. Provide suggestion that will practically benefit regenerative medicine practitioners.
