    摘要: 本研究深入探討生物科技領域中人工智慧(AI)技術的導入對專業技能與通才能力轉變的影響,以M生技公司為個案進行深入剖析。面對臺灣勞動力不足及企業資源有限的現實,AI技術的應用被視為提升競爭力的關鍵。
    文獻回顧聚焦於資源基礎理論,強調AI技術作為戰略性資源對企業競爭力的根本影響。專業技能與通才能力的理論探討凸顯了在臺灣缺工現象下,專業技能在傳統生技領域的價值,以及通才能力在當今環境中的重要性。
    研究方法上,本研究選擇個案研究法,詳述M生技公司的企業背景、使命,以及專業技能轉通才能力所面臨的挑戰,包括勞動市場缺工現象及企業需求更具彈性專業人才的情境。
    在個案描述及分析中,通過引入Prompt Engineering和原生AI工具,M生技公司成功優化了產品宣傳片製作流程,降低了溝通成本,並實現了單人完成所有工作的效果。
    最終,總結研究發現並提出建議,強調AI技術對專業技能轉通才能力的實質影響。同時,針對未來研究提出方向,為生物科技產業在AI時代轉型提供學術性的建議,推動企業更具靈活性且競爭力強大的發展。
    This study delves into the impact of the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the biotechnology sector on the transformation from specialized skills to generalist capabilities, using M Biotech Company as a case study for in-depth analysis. Faced with the realities of labor shortages and limited corporate resources in Taiwan, the application of AI technology is considered a key factor in enhancing competitiveness.
    The literature review focuses on the resource-based theory, emphasizing the fundamental impact of AI technology as a strategic resource on corporate competitiveness. The theoretical exploration of specialized skills and generalist capabilities highlights the value of specialized skills in the traditional biotechnology field and the importance of generalist capabilities in the current environment, particularly in the context of labor shortages in Taiwan.
    In terms of research methodology, this study adopts a case study approach, providing detailed insights into the corporate background and mission of M Biotech Company. The challenges faced in the transformation from specialized skills to generalist capabilities, including the phenomenon of labor shortages in the job market and the need for more flexible professional talents, are thoroughly discussed.
    In the case description and analysis, the successful optimization of the product promotional video production process by M Biotech Company is demonstrated through the introduction of Prompt Engineering and native AI tools. This optimization resulted in reduced communication costs and the achievement of a single-person completion of all tasks.
    In conclusion, the study summarizes its findings and offers recommendations, emphasizing the substantive impact of AI technology on the transformation from specialized skills to generalist capabilities. Simultaneously, it suggests future research directions, providing scholarly suggestions for the transformation of the biotechnology industry in the AI era and advocating for more flexible and competitive corporate development.
