    法發布(2018.09.06)、生技醫藥產業發展條例修正草案立法院三讀通過(2021.12.21)及
    再生醫療三法變兩法拚今年送立院 (媒體工商時報)發布(2022.09.13)對台灣生技產
    業上市櫃公司股價的影響為何?研究結果發現,從再生醫療相關法令事件日的當天到
    後五天(t=0~t=5) 的平均累積異常報酬率皆未有顯著的影響,推測生技產業的進入門
    檻相對其他產業較高,股票市場投資人對於法令的開放,仍舊抱持著相對觀望的態
    度。
    This study examines three critical dates of events related to regenerative medicine legislation using
    the event study method: what are the impacts of the release of Regulations Governing the Application
    or Use of Specific Medical Techniques or Examinations, or Medical Devices (2018.09.06),
    Legislative Yuan Third reading of Act of the Development of Biotech and Pharmaceutical Industry
    (2021.12.21), and the merge of three laws related to regenerative medicine into two laws to be sent
    to the Legislative Yuan this year (reported by Commercial Times) (2022.09.13) on the stock price of
    listed companies in Taiwan's biotechnology industry? The result of the study showed that the average
    cumulative abnormal return was not significantly affected from the first date of regenerative
    medicine related legislation to the next five days (t=0~t=5). It is speculated that the entry threshold
    of the biotechnology industry is higher than that of other industries, and stock market investors used
    to hold relatively wait-and-see attitude towards the development of regenerative medicine legislation.
