    摘要: 部分牙齒缺失的人口數量正逐漸增加中,許多患者必需要製作假牙,雖然目前的治療選擇以固定的局部假牙和植牙為主,但活動局部義齒 (removable partial denture;RPD) 具備優勢並且在臨床中廣泛使用。然而由於RPD 的製作過程非常繁複且需要熟練的技術才能完成,隨著數位化科技不斷出陳佈新,相信不久後逐漸以CAD/CAM 技術應用在RPD 的製作。目前以最新的三維列印應用在RPD 的製作,只有少數臨床報告已經發表,沒有臨床研究。為瞭解使用新的技術製作RPD的患者滿意度,因此提出此研究調查,比較傳統鑄造方式和三維列印的RPD 患者生活和假牙滿意度的相關問題,研究結果將比較二種製作方式其患者的生活滿意度和假牙相關的滿意度是否有差異。
    As the elderly population increases, the population is increasing who wearing dentures, so far wear removable partial denture (RPD) framework as widely. Though modern dentistry has developed a variety of materials and techniques, and digital technology in fixed prosthesis is spreading, the RPD process still follows the traditional lost-wax technology to make the dentures. Digitalization dental laboratory processes include computer-aided design (CAD) and additive manufacturing (AM) to manufacture RPD frameworks and are bound to be a trend in the future. The AM could build complex geometric shapes of objects, and that can be applied to the RPD framework, but at present this process remains rare. Furthermore, digital impression technology is also becoming popular in modern dental treatment. However, RPD with a large area of missing teeth and soft tissue, scanning such a large and complex area remains to be discussed.
    At present, the latest 3D printing technology is used in the production of RPD. Only a few clinical reports have been published, and no clinical studies have been conducted. In order to understand patient satisfaction of RPD using new technology, the research was conducted to compare traditional casting method and 3D printing of RPD, that affecting patient life and denture satisfaction: to compare the differences in quality of life and denture-related satisfaction between patients in the two production methods.
