摘要:	酒精影響駕駛認知能力與駕駛技巧，增加駕駛員承擔風險的風險，更可能造成脫序及違規行為，本研究旨在分析酒後駕車之機車駕駛是否合併其他違規行為與違規行為之關聯性。本研究採用內政部警政署2011年至2016年道路交通事故原始資料進行分析，在卡方檢定下顯著相關之變項(P <0.05)併入羅吉斯迴歸模型。羅吉斯迴歸模型顯示，未配戴安全帽族群與配戴安全帽族群相比較容易有酒駕的情形，未戴安全帽騎士酒駕之風險會增加2.378倍；呼氣酒精濃度增加，違規風險行為也相對提高；酒駕之機車騎士與相關因素分布之情形中，機車騎士男性違規酒駕風險較女性騎士高約2.211倍；41歲-64歲酒駕風險與18-40歲相比增加約2.329倍；凌晨、燈光昏暗的道路，機車騎士酒駕的比例最高。綜上，建議監理機關於交通安全宣導納入親子羈絆與家庭關懷方案；警察機關強化於凌晨、限速小於50公里/小時路段、夜晚無燈光照明道路臨檢取締；並在初次考照的安全講習課程中入與酒精影響駕駛行為相關課程，以防範酒駕違規行為 Alcohol affects driving cognitive ability and driving skills, and is more likely to cause disorder and illegal behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether drunk driving combined with other illegal behaviors and the correlation of illegal behaviors. The data is from the Ministry of the Interior and Police Administration, and the variables that were significantly correlated under the chi-square test (P <0.05) were incorporated into the logistic regression model. The logistic regression model shows that the group without wearing helmets were 2.378 times to have drunk driving than the group with helmets. The risks of illegal behavior were associated with alcohol concentration. It’s showed that male riders were 2.211 times more than female riders while driving under the influence of alcohol. The risk of drunk driving for 41-64 years old is about 2.329 times higher than 18-40 years old. Early morning and road without light were more likely to have the higher risk of drunk driving. In order to prevent drunk driving, it’s suggested that the police agency should strengthen the temporary inspection in high risk area. It’s also recommended to incorporate the effect of alcohol on driving behavior into the safety training course for the initial driver's license.
