    摘要: 因為人類的皮膚具有表皮作為天然屏障,欲將生長因子輸送到更深的傷口通常相當具有挑戰性,這些容易對慢性傷口癒合的治療效果造成影響。慢性傷口的有效癒合也需要充足的血液流動。因此,解決這些問題至關重要。在目前可獲得的生物醫學材料中,定製的水凝膠有利於轉譯醫學。然而,這些水凝膠的機械性能不足,不利於生物醫學上的用途。

    Human skin has the epidermis as a natural barrier, delivery of growth factors to deeper wounds is often quite challenging, and these tend to compromise the efficacy of treatments for chronic wound healing. Effective healing of chronic wounds also requires adequate blood flow. Therefore, addressing these issues is crucial. Among currently available biomedical materials, tailored hydrogels are beneficial for translational medicine. However, the mechanical properties of these hydrogels are insufficient for biomedical applications.
    Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) has strong cross-linking/polymerization capabilities. CAP is characterized by spectroscopy to identify the excited radiation and species (hydroxyl and UV). CAP is used to polymerize pyrroles (to generate Ppy) and cross-linked polymers (Ppy, hyaluronic acid (HA) and gelatin (GEL)) as multi-layer dressings for chronic wounds (CAP-Ppy/GEL/HA) for the addition of therapeutic Platelet proteins (PPs). Here, the physicochemical and biological characteristics of the developed CAP-Ppy/GEL/HA/PP complexes were evaluated. CAPPpy/GEL/HA/PPs positively affect wound healing in vitro. Furthermore, the CAP-Ppy/GEL/HA complex has improved mechanical properties, therapeutic slow release/retention, and near-infrared (NIR)-driven photothermal hyperthermia in lesions that drive heat shock protein expression. (HSP) has anti-inflammatory properties that promote the repair of diabetic wounds in the body. Taken together, the above in vivo and in vitro results support the use of CAP-Ppy/GEL/HA/PPs for diabetic wound regeneration.
