    摘要: 近年來,牙科數位化是無法阻擋的趨勢,現今許多牙醫診所與牙體技術所陸續已引進數位設備,導致目前市場上多數傳統製程已逐漸轉型並被取代。
    本研究第一部分為觀察受試者(牙體技術師)於牙醫診所與牙體技術所分別使用數位與傳統製作流程,製做陶瓷、金屬及樹脂材質的固定牙冠。其目的為探討兩種製程的製作效率、內冠間隙、與口腔接觸深度及表面偏差值。尋找更精準及更有效率的固定牙冠製作流程。結果可觀察到,數位製程具有較快的製作速度 (p<0.001),臨床可接受的內冠間隙及接觸深度,同時具有比傳統製程低的表面偏差值。
    第二部分探討傳統製程、CAD/CAM製程與3D列印製程之間的差異,使用三種製程製做陶瓷、金屬及樹脂材質的固定牙冠,觀察其邊緣完整度、表面再現性及邊緣密合度。結果發現CAD/CAM組的邊緣完整度最好,3D列印組的表面再現性最優,CAD/CAM製程於陶瓷牙冠中,顯示出較理想的邊緣密合度,3D列印製程於樹脂牙冠中,顯示出較理想的邊緣密合度。因此,期望透過數位化可減少臨床上牙體技術師的工作時間,並同時達到精準醫療的功效。
    Dental digitalization has been an unstoppable trend in recent years. Nowadays, many dental clinics and dental laboratories have successively introduced digital equipment, resulting in the gradual transformation and replacement of most traditional processes in the market. The first part of this study was to observe the subjects (Dental technicians) using digital and traditional manufacturing processes to make ceramic, metal and resin fixed crowns in dental clinic and dental laboratory. This study aimed to investigate the manufacturing efficiency, internal crown gap, oral contact depth and surface trueness of the two processes. Looking for a more accurate and efficient manufacturing process for fixed crowns. The results of this study show that the digital process has a faster manufacturing speed. Furthermore, the internal crown gap and depth of contact were both clinically acceptable. Finally, better surface trueness than traditional processes can be observed.
    In the second part, the differences among traditional processes, CAD/CAM processes and 3D printing processes were studied. Three processes were used to make ceramic, metal and resin crowns. Measure marginal integrity, surface trueness and marginal discrepancy. The results show that the marginal integrity of the CAD/CAM group is the best, and the surface trueness of the 3D printing group is the best. The CAD/CAM process shows an ideal marginal fit in the ceramic crown. The 3D printing process offers an excellent marginal fit in the resin crown. Therefore, it is expected that digitalization can reduce the working times of clinical dental technicians and achieve the efficacy of precision medicine simultaneously.
