    Analysis of the Co-creation Value of Clinical Medical Laboratory and Long-term Care Unit From the Perspective of Resource-based Theory

    摘要: 近年來台灣的新生人口數逐年遞減,而人口老化速度成倍速成長,而高齡化社會的來臨,帶來的長期照護問題是值得探討的議題。本研究意旨探討以共創價值的觀點來探討從資源基礎理論的角度研究醫事檢驗所與長期照護據點之共創價值作為議題。來探究其創造之價值的意義。因此,本研究藉由Barney (1991) 資源基礎理論和Ramaswamy and Gouillart (2010)所提出之共創價值的四個原則為:「支援」、「尊重」、「互動」和「利誘」作為本研究之研究理論架構和基礎。本研究採用質性研究,蒐集相關文獻進行個案研究方法和訪談個案醫事檢驗所之高階管理人員及執行人員來探討和彙整剖析個案醫事檢驗所如何藉由「支援」、「尊重」、「互動」和「利誘」理論來達到與長期照護據點共創價值之效果與具體做法。
    研究發現個案醫事檢驗所藉由與長期照護據點策略聯盟,整合彼此雙方有利的資源,提供給顧客於醫療照護需求上的可近性及可親性,並以大健康概念建置創新服務系統和提供智慧軟體服務協助顧客建立自己的健康管理檔案,使得顧客可以有效發展屬於自我的精準健康管理,乃至於實施精準醫療。
    個案醫事檢驗所透過與長期照護據點策略聯盟,有效提升雙方彼此的經營效益和發展自我產業特色,達到合作共創價值之加成效果。其次在組織之間的服務人員皆可透過跨組織的資源整合,而獲得自己在工作上的全新價值。對顧客面向來說,在使用簡易檢測產品或接受醫事/照護服務時,透過跨組織的資源整合後,顧客獲得的服務是由更專業的團隊來提供。最後,經營面向的附加價值來自於跨業之間的策略聯盟整合所產生的間接效益。本研究亦發現藉由策略聯盟的共享資源下,企業應用共創價值的深化合作可延伸多角化方式運作,進而達到共創價值之目的。因此,本研究之結果未來可提供給相關中小企業作為共創價值和長照及醫事機構作為跨領域共創價值之策略做為參考。
    Taiwan’s birth rate has been decreasing in recent years, while the rate of population aging has increased multiplicatively. The island country’s population is quickly trending towards an aging society, and issues with long-term care problems are becoming the forefront of societal discussions. The purpose of this study was to explore the value of co-creation between medical laboratories and long-term care sites from the perspective of resource base theory and to explore the value of its creation. The four principles of the co-creation value proposed by Barney (1991) and Ramaswamy and Gouillart (2010) are: "Support", "Respect", "Interaction" and "Lure of Profit"; these comprise the theoretical framework and basis of the research in this study. This study utilizes qualitative research – the authors collected relevant literature for case study methods and interviewed senior management and executives of the Case Medical Laboratory to explore and summarize and analyze how the Case Medical Laboratory can use the "support", "respect", "interaction" and "incentives" theory to achieve the value creation with long-term care sites and specific practices.
    The authors found that the Case Medical Laboratory combines the beneficial resources of both parties through the strategic alliance with long-term care centers, and provides the customer with the accessibility and affinity of medical care needs. The laboratory also builds the innovative service system and provides intelligent software services to assist the customer to establish their own health management files, allowing the customer to effectively develop self-accurate health management and even implement accurate medical care.
    Through the strategic alliance with long-term care centers, the Case Medical Laboratory can effectively enhance the business efficiency and develop the self-industrial characteristics of both sides, and achieve the added effect of the value of cooperation and common creation. Second, the service staff can be integrated across the organization to gain new value at work. For customers, when using simple detection products or receiving medical/care services, the services they receive are provided by more professional teams through the integration of resources across the organization. Lastly, the added value of the operation is derived from the indirect benefits generated by cross-industry strategic alliance integration. This study also found that, with the shared resources of strategic alliance, the deepening cooperation of enterprise application value can be extended and diversified to achieve the purpose of value creation. Therefore, the results of this study can be provided to relevant SMEs as co-creation value and long-term care units and medical institutions as cross-cutting co-creation value strategies as reference.
