    Abstract: 研究背景與目的:依據國家發展委員會統計顯示臺灣已於1993年正式成為高齡化社會,步入下一階段超高齡社會步伐也愈來愈接近,對於人口老化已是現今必然面對的課題。本研究探討老年人口在人口學變項、白內障、健康行為和生活滿意度變項之間的相關性,以及罹患白內障具有健康行為者其生活滿意度的情形。

    研究方法:本研究將使用國民健康署資料庫針對中老年身心社會生活狀況長期追蹤調查問卷(民國104年),依據台灣地區針對65歲以上抽選樣本來進行分析,本研究共分析2,098份問卷。

    研究結果:睡眠品質、睡眠時間、吸煙、飲酒和嚼食檳榔都與白內障有顯著的相關性;年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、白內障、睡眠品質、睡眠時間、運動、蔬果的攝取和飲酒與生活滿意度有顯著的相關性;睡眠品質、睡眠時間及飲酒在白內障及生活滿意度之間具有部分中介效果。

    結論:擁有良好的健康行為可以有較好的生活滿意度,因此改善生活滿意度對於健康行為觀念的形成和實施相當重要。
    Background and Aims: According to statistics from the National Development Council, Taiwan had officially become an aging society in 1993, and the paced of entering the next stage of a super-aged society is getting closer. Population ageing is now an inevitable trend. The aims of this research explored the correlation between demographic variables, cataract, health behaviors and life satisfaction variables, and the life satisfaction status of people have cataract with health behaviors as a mediator.

    Methods: The study used Health Promotion Administration's database for a long-term follow-up questionnaire on social living conditions of middle-aged and elderly-aged people (Republic of China, 2015), based on samples selected from the over 65 years old people in Taiwan. The study analyzed by 2,098 questionnaires.

    Results: Quality of sleep, sleeping hours, smoking, drinking and chewing betel nut had significant correlation to cataract. Age, education, marital status, cataract, quality of sleep, sleeping hours, exercises, fruit and vegetable intake and drinking had significant correlation to life satisfaction. Quality of sleep, sleeping hours and drinking had partial mediating effect between cataract and life satisfaction.

    Conclusions: Having well health behaviors could lead better life satisfaction. Therefore, improving life satisfaction for health behaviors concepts and carry out is important.
