摘要:	前言：糖尿病是全世界嚴重的社會和醫療問题，亦是衛教和預防的重點工作，欲了解第二型糖尿病在臺灣的嚴重程度，最直接的方法是從糖尿病盛行率著手，但考慮到臺灣民眾的就醫習慣及對血糖的控制程度，單看疾病盛行率有可能會低估問題的嚴重程度；若改以第二型糖尿病藥物使用的角度切入，或許可以更適切的反應國人健康的實際情況，或是從不同種類的糖尿病藥物、新舊藥物之間的消長中察覺國人對醫療需求的演變。本研究以文獻計量探討DPP-4 inhibitor用於第二型糖尿病關聯。方法：本研究利用文獻計量學的方法，採用Web of Science資料庫，依據期刊名、關鍵字、摘要及全文資料，進行文獻探勘，利用VOSviewer分析技術及和製圖功能，透過國家、作者引用關係、作者、文獻及期刊的共被引用關係、關鍵詞共現關係分析，以及針對文獻、作者、期刊及國家書目耦合分析，絢爛的色彩、清晰的圖形呈現研究結果。研究結果：以視覺化圖形呈現DPP-4 inhibitors領域核心作者與研究作者間的相互關係，熱門的研究主題之學術發展狀況，並顯示DPP-4 inhibitors用於第二型糖尿病關聯。 Introduction: Diabetes is a serious social and medical problem in the world and it is also a key task of health education and prevention. To understand the severity of type 2 diabetes in Taiwan the most direct way is to start with the prevalence of diabetes but consider Taiwan People’s medical habits and the degree of blood sugar control may underestimate the severity of the problem by simply looking at the prevalence of the disease. If you change it from the perspective of the use of type 2 diabetes drugs it may be more appropriate to reflect the actual health of the people in China. Or to detect the evolution of Chinese people's medical needs from the growth and decline of different types of diabetes drugs new and old drugs. This study explored the association of Data Visualization for DPP-4 inhibitors in type 2 diabetes. Method: Using the method of bibliometrics in Web of Science database conducts literature exploration based on journal titles keywords abstracts and full-text data. uses VOSviewer analysis technology and mapping functions and uses countries author citation relationships authors Analysis of co-citation relationship and keyword co-occurrence relationship of documents and journals as well as coupling analysis of documents authors journals and national bibliographies brilliant colors and clear graphics present the research results. Result: Visualize the relationship between the core authors and research authors in the field of DPP-4 inhibitors the academic development status of popular research topics and show the association of DPP-4 inhibitors for type 2 diabetes.
