    摘要: 在新型冠狀病毒(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2))流行的時期,非急重症的急診就醫患者數量有明顯下降,當民眾有消化系統疾病相關症狀的時候,若因擔心受到病毒感染而不就醫檢查治療可能導致病情的延誤。本研究目的為分析民眾在完成居家膽結石疾病自我檢測衛教課程後,研究是否可以提升膽結石疾病認知程度外,同時探討影響民眾執行膽結石疾病自我檢測行為意圖的因素有哪些,期望民眾都有意願且能夠執行居家膽結石疾病自我檢測,提升民眾的健康識能。本研究衛教的對象為臺北某碩士在職專班學生與臺北市某分局警員共60人,為了加深學員課程中的學習體驗,衛教課程中使用即時反饋軟體”Plickers”和標準化病人模擬腹痛的情境,並且給予衛教民眾衛教課程前後疾病認知程度的測驗和完成膽結石疾病居家自我檢測行為意圖問卷量表。統計分析的結果,民眾在接受完衛教後的測驗分數顯著高於衛教前,衛教前較高的膽結石疾病認知程度、膽結石疾病自我檢測的態度、知覺行為控制都會對民眾行為意圖產生顯著的影響。
    During the outbreak of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), the number of non-critical visits to the emergency room has significantly decreased. When people developed symptoms of digestive disease, they declined to seek medical evaluation due to concerns over in-hospital infection and had delayed diagnosis. The purpose of this research is to analyze whether public health education could improve people’s understanding of the home self-test of gallstone diseases. At the same time, this research also analyzes factors that would increase people’s willingness to take the home self-test of gallstone diseases, and furthermore promote the general public’s health literacy. The total 60 research participants were graduate students at a University in Taipei, and officers from a Precinct of Taipei City Police Department. To enhance the experiential learning of course participants, the interactive response software “Plickers” and a standardized patient for abdominal pain simulation are used in the course. Quizzes to assess participants’ knowledge about abdominal pain are completed before and after the educational intervention. The participants were also invited to complete a questionnaire to evaluate their intention to gallstone diseases self-test afterwards. The paired T-test is used to evaluate the outcome of this educational intervention. The Stepwise Regression analysis is conducted to investigate whether participants’ intention to self-test correlated to their attitude, knowledge, subjective norm, and their perceived behavioral control. The result of paired T test revealed that the scores of participants knowledge about abdominal pain increased significantly after the courses. In addition, participants’ scores of knowledges, attitudes, perceived behavior control were significantly correlated to their intention to gallstone disease self-test.
