    摘要: 近年來牙科數位化的進步,在臨床上的治療效率有很大的改善。也正因
    進步快速,系統及製作流程眾多,因此缺乏可見於傳統式治療流程的黃金標
    準。
    在大範圍的前牙美學治療上,目前以平面照片配合傳統模型或口內掃描
    進行補綴設計為主流,但裝牙時卻常有大幅誤差。因此本論文目標希望評估
    3D 資料(牙模)定位於3D 資料(臉部掃描)的方式,以改善3D 資料(牙模)
    定位於2D 資料(平面照片)時後續產生的裝牙誤差。
    本論文以相同的口掃資料,分別定位於臉部掃描及平面照片上,進行各
    種前牙區的補綴設計後,測量左右正中門牙中線與臉部中線的實際誤差。
    結果顯示,在各種補綴設計下,定位於臉部掃描之設計,其誤差值皆小
    於定位於平面照片之設計。本論文研究成果發現,於前牙區的大範圍治療上,
    全3D 資料的補綴設計,其準確度優於3D 資料定位於2D 資料的補綴設計。
    The progress of digital dentistry has improved greatly in recent years,
    especially its effectiveness in clinical treatment. Rapid advances have led to a
    variety of systems and processes, but as a result, there is a lack of gold standards
    that are comparable to traditional treatment processes.
    In terms of the large-scale aesthetic treatment of anterior teeth, the current
    practice is to use photographs with traditional models or intraoral scans for
    prosthetic design; however, there are often large errors when fitting the
    prosthetics. The goal of this paper is to evaluate methods that use 3D models of
    the dental mold and the face scan for alignment, so as to improve the error that
    occurs in using 2D photographs to position the 3D dental mold model.
    In this study, the same mouth scan data were positioned on face scans or on
    the planar photographs for the design of various anterior tooth prosthetics, and
    the actual discrepancies between the midline between the left and right central
    viii
    incisors and the midline of the face were measured.
    The results showed that the error values of the design positioned on the face
    scan were less than that of the design positioned on flat photographs in various
    prosthetic designs. This thesis demonstrates that, in the large-scale treatment of
    the anterior tooth area, the accuracy of the prosthetic design using full 3D
    models is better than that using 3D data positioned on 2D photographs.
