    Abstract: 本研究目的為探討鈦金屬顱顏顎面植入物與骨螺絲固定之
    靜態破壞負載分析,鈦金屬植入物已被廣泛應用於植入性醫材,鈦金屬良好的骨融性能讓植體長時間逗留於人體內,鈦金屬也擁有較好的剛性且不具有磁性,病患植入後也能安全進行核磁共振檢查,本研究將以顱骨重建手術進行鈦網及骨螺絲進行生物力學之有限元素分析,分析骨螺絲固定鈦網後所承受的應力變化以及是否會因骨頭成長擠壓或外力因素導致骨螺絲斷裂,骨螺絲在整個手術中扮演重要的角色,其作用在於將植體固定於人體上,在分析中將模擬顱骨鑽孔鎖入螺絲後期骨頭生長擠壓以及鈦網植入物所承受來自顳肌運動的間接影響,骨螺絲及鈦網將採用臨床使用之規格進行電腦逆向分析進行模型建構。
