    摘要: 本研究報告將採用數位假牙二氧化鋯製作牙橋,部位為#43#44#45之氧化鋯 Bridge全氧化鋯不燒瓷,而類型為ITI植體Screw type #43 ITI bone leve NC 、#45 ITI tissue leve RN,齒色選用A3。無論電腦輔助設計系統或二氧化鋯材料,此二種皆為近代對於牙科產生衝擊之產物,此二種新穎技術之開發與研究皆為國人於牙科上帶來許多福祉。電腦輔助分析系統可以不但可以設計假牙,更可以讓病患於術前就可以先看到術後模擬之示意圖,以增加醫生臨床上為患者講解與說明之理解度,而二氧化鋯隨著金屬價格上升的同時突顯出他取代金屬之價值與實用性,而且他具有天然之生物相容性與經過後處理可大幅提升其強度抗斷裂,因此二氧化鋯於眾多金屬取代物中脫癮而出,成為今日假牙贋復物重要之材料之一。

    因此本研究報告結合此二種技術之結果,設計與實作出近乎完美之二氧化鋯Screw type贋復物,最終達到所希望之假牙色澤與型態,的確於外觀上有與正常牙齒極為相似之模樣,故本研究期望可為牙體技術於製作二氧化鋯假牙之經驗帶來幫助與經驗分享。 
    The subjective of the present study was to investigate the dental bridge using the zirconia for the parts of #43#44#45. The type of the products is ITI screw type #43 ITI bone leve NC and #45 ITI tissue leve RN whose teeth colors were adopt A3. The computer aided system and zirconia material are the key researches for decades. These two inventions bring lots of happiness for people recently. The computer aided system not only could design dental prostheses, but also has a potential to promote a simulation situation for patent to easily understand the effect of the prosthesis after treatment. On the other hand, the zirconia material became valuable after the prices of metals became expensive. The zirconia has a biocompatibility and strength than other metal alternatives.

    The present study combined these two technologies to achieve an outstanding work of zirconia screw type prosthesis with the natural color and appearance. As describing above, this production experience has a potential to make benefits for dental technicians.
