    摘要: 兒童牙科的早期預防干預矯正(兒童換牙期)和傳統矯正治療,都會使用不同的矯正方法去治療,也常常讓一般的患者家長產生極大的困擾,到底何時才是真正的矯正時機。因此何時介入兒童的早期齒顎和齒列的矯正卻有不同的看法。
    一般人對於齒列矯正的認識越來越多,矯正器的研發也從早期的不銹鋼矯正器到陶瓷或透明器材,也因美觀的問題從外觀有唇側矯正線到現在完全看不到矯正器的隱形舌側矯正甚至是隱形透明牙套。加上科技的發達,診所可以直接在患者口中,利用口內掃描器直接取得患者的牙齒資料、取得完整的圖像並導入矯正軟體。利用3D 列印的技術直接把模型打印出來,並且設計出最適合的矯正方案以及完美的矯正器。因此,各式各樣的矯正方法和材料陸續出籠,讓患者更能多樣的選擇。
    本研究利用有限的元素方法針對十二歲以下的換牙期兒童,利用活動式的矯正器並搭配電腦軟體設計製作,更能掌握換牙期兒童生長發育期的治療效果。而且完全不黏固定式breaket 的方法去操作。
    Early preventive interventions to correct children''s dentistry (children permanent teeth) and traditional orthodontic treatment, will use a different correction method to treat, parents often let patients generally have great distress, and when in the end is the real time for treatment. Therefore, early correction of teeth and jaw dentition intervention when the child has a different view.
    For most people recognize more and more orthodontic aligner development from the early to the ceramic or stainless steel appliances transparent material, but also because of the beauty of the appearance of the lips from side correction line now completely invisible aligners invisible lingual braces to correct even stealth transparent. Plus technology developed in the mouth of the patient clinics can use intraoral scanner directly to obtain information on the patient''s teeth, get a complete image and import the corrected software. The use of 3D printing technology to print out directly to the model and design the most appropriate corrective program and the perfect appliance. Thus, a variety of correction methods and materials have emerged, the patient is more variety of choices.
    In this study, the use of finite element method for the permanent teeth of children under 12 years of age, the use of movable aligner and with computer software design, a better grasp of the permanent teeth of children''s growth and development of therapeutic effect. And completely non-stick fixed breaket way to operate.
