    ,而其製作項目為e.max veneer (#11#12#13#21#22#23#31#32#33#41#42#43)以及 LAVA full ceramic crown copings fabrication (#24#34#44),其中Upper reference cast 中線位置略些微偏移左側約0.2 ~ 0.3mm,因而有些歪斜並造成兩顆 central Incisor寬度右側略大於左側,須先畫線決定中線及水平面,牙齒準備前比色的顏色分別是Vita 3D 4M1、3M1、2M1,原本牙齒的顏色比較接近4M1,希望做到較接近自然牙之顏色,牙齒準備之後比色一樣採用Vita 3D 4M2、3M2、2M1,prep後牙齒本身的顏色比較接近4M2,患者希望術後顏色為2M1或1M1,最終結果比較術前照與術後照,發現患者於術後在外觀上得到改善。

    The aim of the present study was to investigate the dental prosthesis using for the parts of #11#12#13#21#22#23#24#31#32#33#34#41#42#43#44. The items of this study are e.max veneer (#11#12#13#21#22#23#31#32#33#41#42#43) and LAVA full ceramic crown copings fabrication (#24#34#44). The middle line of the upper reference cast shifts slightly to about 0.2 ~ 0.3mm to induce a special situation. The widths of two central incisors were slightly exceed the left side. It is necessary to draw a line to decide the middle line and horizon line. The original color before preparing is Vita 3D 4M1、3M1、2M1 from left side to right side and original color is close to 4M1. However, the patent would like to make the teeth become 1M1或2M1 after treatment. Finally, it was found that significant difference in the outward appearance for the face of the patient between before and after treatment.
