    摘要: 在口腔重建治療中會依據缺牙位置和咬合情形來評估修復物的材質選擇,經由牙醫師和牙體技術師的資訊溝通來滿足美觀和功能性的需求。隨著牙科材料的發展,氧化鋯逐漸成為修復物的主力選擇之一,在熟悉材料操作的同時,如何能透過染色技巧(內染或外染)來提高擬真性成為牙體技術師的重要課題。
    本研究以氧化鋯內染液為觀察目標,將兩市售廠牌(UPCERA和Dental Direkt)於不同厚度和浸泡時間之顏色呈現予以記錄,透過酸鹼值和感應耦合電漿質譜分析儀表現討論染色液使用前後對呈色效果之影響,此實驗結果有助於未來牙科臨床使用上之參考依據。
    In oral reconstruction treatment, the material selection for the prosthesis is evaluated based on the location and occlusion of tooth loss, and the communication between dentists and dental technicians to meet patients’ aesthetics and functionality needs. With the development of dental materials, zirconia has gradually become one of the main choices for dental prosthesis. For dental technicians, besides getting familiar with the operation of zirconia, it is also important for them to know how to improve the bio-fidelity of the prosthesis through coloring techniques (internal coloring or external coloring).
    This study takes zirconia internal coloring liquids as the subject for observation. The coloring effect of two commercially available products, from UPCERA and Dental Direkt, respectively, in different thicknesses of liquid application and different immersion time, were recorded. The influence of using the coloring liquids on coloring effect is discussed based on the pH value and the data from Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometer collected before and after applying the liquids. The result of the study can provide reference for the use of zirconia coloring liquids in a dental clinical setting in the future.
