    摘要: 隨著科技的進步,往返世界各國的交通愈趨快速便捷,各式各樣的商業活動、社交活動、和觀光旅遊亦日趨頻繁,對於疾病的傳播更是加快速度難以掌控,如何快速且及時偵測疾病疫情的爆發,並啟動防疫機制是傳染病防治重要的一項工作。實驗室傳染病通報不但可以偵測出一些從症候方面不容易區分的疾病,更能早期發現病原,對傳染病進行早期監測,增進疾病異常偵測的靈敏度。
    本研究提出主動式實驗室傳染病通報機制,主動偵測醫院端檢驗資訊系統完成報告時,符合通報條件的個案則即時寫入本系統並透過本系統從醫院端各醫療系統整合須通報的相關欄位資訊、自動轉換為符合台灣健康雲防疫雲子計畫內通報欄位格式進行通報,以希冀提升傳染病通報的即時性。
    With advances in technology, and from around the world increasingly fast and convenient transportation, a wide range of business activities, social activities, and sightseeing tours are also becoming more frequent, for the spread of the disease is difficult to control speed, how fast and timely investigation measured epidemic outbreaks and epidemic prevention mechanism is to start an important infectious disease prevention work. Laboratory infectious diseases reporting not only can detect some aspects not easy to distinguish from the symptoms of the disease, better early detection of pathogens, for early detection of infectious diseases, promote disease anomaly detection sensitivity.

    This study presents an active laboratory infectious disease reporting mechanism, proactive detection hospital laboratory information system ,when the report was complete, in accordance with reporting conditions of the cases will immediately written to the system and integration of various hospital information systems related field information is automatically converted to conform within Taiwan''s Health Cloud sub plan Epidemic Prevention Cloud notification informed column format, with the hope to enhance the immediacy of reporting of infectious diseases.
