論文名稱：中高齡族群之健康行為、健康食品使用與醫療利用相關性探討

本研究目的是中高齡族群之健康行為、健康食品使用與醫療利用相關性探
討，研究對象為參與衛生福利部國民健康署實施之「臺灣地區中老年身心社會生
活狀況長期追蹤調查系列研究」，參與2007 年(第六波)訪談的個案，合計4,534
人。採用SPSS 22.0 統計軟體進行描述性樣本統計分析、卡方檢定、邏輯斯迴歸
分析。
本研究顯示，健康行為部份，在健康危害行為方面，抽菸的人在住院、急診
的比例高於沒有抽菸的人，有喝酒的人在住院、急診、門診的比例高於沒有喝酒
的人。建議政府單位可以多加推廣國人的健康行為概念，減少抽菸、喝酒和嚼檳
榔的習慣，以減少住院、急診、門診的醫療使用。健康促進行為方面，經卡方檢
定分析後，運動和住院、急診、門診的醫療利用有達統計上的顯著差異，P 值小
於0.05，建議政府單位可以推廣運動概念，除了目前推廣的333 運動之外，若能
增加為每天運動，期望能減少住院、急診、門診的醫療使用。

Abstract
Title of thesis：Relationships among healthy behavior, healthy food and medical
utilization in aged population

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationships among healthy behavior,
healthy food and medical utilization in aged population.
This study is based on data from the Department of Health, Executive Yuan, Taiwan
for the sixth survey 2007 of its ‘Taiwan longitudinal study on aging’. Data of those
people aged 55 year and older was selected and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software to
produce the results.
This study shows that part of healthy behavior, behavior in health hazards, smoking
man in the hospital, emergency room no higher than the proportion of people who
smoke, have a drink in the hospital, emergency room, no higher than the proportion of
outpatient drink people. It recommends that government agencies can pay people to
promote the concept of healthy behavior, reduce smoking, drinking and betel nut
chewing habits to reduce hospitalizations, emergency room, outpatient medical use.
Aspects of health-promoting behaviors, after analysis by chi-square test, sports and
hospitalization, emergency room, outpatient medical use has reached a statistically
significant difference, P value of less than 0.05, the proposed government units can be
generalized concept of motion, in addition to the 333 currently promoting Movement
in addition, if the increase of daily exercise, hoping to reduce hospitalizations,
emergency room, outpatient medical use.
