With smart phones and tablet computers popular, there are more and more internet users. So many hospitals also develop the APPs, including pre-register, visits status inquiry and location of the hospital. But it makes information privacy concerns and internet safety risk rising.
Based on TAM, proposed by Davis (1989), the main purpose of this study is to understand the behavior intention and influencing factors about the user to use the medical information App of the hospital.
This study adopted questionnaire. The results showed that perceived ease of use(PEOU), perceived usefulness(PU), information privacy concerns and internet security risk have positive effects on attitude. Besides, perceived ease of use exerts positively influence on perceived usefulness, information privacy concerns exerts positively influence on internet security risk, perceived usefulness does have a significant effect on the intention of usage.
