    摘要: 本研究主要係藉由光學顯微鏡、掃描式電子顯微鏡、原子力顯微鏡、X光繞射儀、硬度試驗與接觸角測試等儀器進行釹鐵硼磁性合金經1100°C燒結過後之顯微結構、機械特性與親疏水性之關係性分析。實驗結果顯示;燒結後合金之結構轉變成緻密性結構,孔洞大小約為10 μm ~20 μm。而燒結後之表面粗糙度於5 × 5 μm2與2 × 2 μm2面積下各別約為65 nm與25 nm,且其結構為(α-Fe + Nd2Fe14B)雙相結構。此外,燒結過後釹鐵硼合金之硬度值較未燒結前之釹鐵硼合金高,其燒結前後之硬度值各別為Hv 280與Hv 365。而燒結過後釹鐵硼合金之接觸角度較未燒結前之釹鐵硼合金小,其燒結前後之角度值各別為83°與78°,燒結前後釹鐵硼合金皆屬於親水性表面特徵。因此,這些結果特徵有助於進一步了解其合金之顯微結構與磁性變化之關係,可提供牙科醫療器材產業之應用。
    The Nd-Fe-B magnetic alloy was characterized via optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-Ray diffractometer, hardness test and wettability test after sintering at 1100°C for 1 hr. The analytical results indicated that the structure of the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnetic alloy changed from loose to dense and the pore sizes is around 10 μm ~20 μm. Moreover, the surface roughness of the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnetic alloy is about 65 nm and 25 nm under scanning area 5 × 5 μm2 and 2 × 2 μm2, respectively. It was found that the microstructure of the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnetic alloy is composed of α-Fe phase and Nd2Fe14B phase. The microhardness of the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnetic alloy is higher than that of the unsintered Nd-Fe-B magnetic alloy. The microhardness of the Nd-Fe-B magnetic alloy with and without sintering is approximately to Hv 365 and Hv 280, respectively. Basically, the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnetic alloy belongs to hydrophilic surface. Therefore, these features can be useful in further understanding the relationship between the microstructure and magnetic behavior of the Nd-Fe-B alloy, to providing dental applications.
