| 摘要: | 現今的醫療數據在各院所之間不具互通性，病患的資料在各醫院之間更是無法互相流通；本研究將透過資料蒐集後進行資料分析(語意分析、文字探勘 (Text Mining))及以單一醫療院所個案輔以訪談來開啟質性探討研究，並加以相關整理分析以瞭解區塊鏈在智慧醫療、智慧診所之應用-以醫療健康數據為例，從法律代表、醫療院所、業界科技、民眾之四大層面探討，以瞭解信任、隱私、便利、資訊安全話題之各角度參考依據，進而探討醫療院之區塊鏈推動挑戰及困難。透過區塊鏈底層技術(中心化、可追溯性、不可竄改、加密、安全與時間戳..等特性)可建立起一套互信共享的機制。
研究結果顯示以法律代表、醫療院所、業界科技、民眾之四大層面考量，各面向對於區塊鏈技術應用於智慧醫療-智慧診所皆是相當樂觀，對於信任、隱私、便利、資訊安全四大話題討論，皆贊成病歷資料歸還到民眾手中且民眾應有健康醫療數據自主權。同時，民眾可將病歷帶著走及可透過信任、授權自行決定醫療數據共享至醫院或親友而感受到帶來便利，也可同時解決現階段醫療法規或各醫療院所資訊互通性不足的障礙。本研究亦指出，現今台灣尚屬於區塊鏈在健康醫療數據應用之起飛發展初期，各家整合不論是智慧醫療或智慧診所尚需一段時間來透過商業模式連結以求更多生態鏈之應用。
