題名:	手術室護理人員職業性頸肩疼痛之研究 Prevalence and risk factor of neck and shoulder pain among nursing staff in surgical units

摘要:	國外針對不同行業的流行病學調查指出，肩頸疼痛的一年盛行率約在35-76%不等，一週盛行率則為20-30%，許多研究結果中的盛行率甚至於高過下背痛，國內過去的研究也有類似結果。年輕女性為頸肩疼痛的好發族群，手術室工作人員大部分為女性，而台灣針對手術室護理人員肩頸疼痛疾病盛行率與發生原因的相關研究並不多。為了解手術室護理人員肌肉骨骼不適的部位、原因及盛行率，我們進行一項橫斷性研究並以自填式問卷進行資料的蒐集。結果顯示最容易發生肌肉骨骼疼痛的部位為肩部和頸部,下背部、腿、若以「行動受限」為肌骨骨骼不適之嚴重度指標，排除下背外最常發生的部位依序為頸部、肩部、腿和手腕。造成頸肩疼痛的危險因子包含彎腰及扭腰；肌肉骨骼不適在受訪之護理人員中有很高的盛行率 (95%)，且疼痛部位與工作內容有關。我們認為有必要更進一步地瞭解工作環境中可能引起肌肉骨骼不適的人體工學因素以為防範之據。 Although neck and shoulder pain problems are commonly reported among the working population, including young nurses, the prevalence and risk factors for musculoskeletal discomfort in nurses of surgical units have not been extensively studied in Taiwan. Musculoskeletal discomfort was prevalent among nurses. To understand the risk factors and prevalence of neck and shoulder pain among young nursing staff of surgical units in Taiwan, we performed a cross-sectional study using a self-administered questionnaire to collect data. Risk factors for pain in shoulders/neck included Long standing, and Repetitive motion of arm and shoulder, while those for lower back pain included duration of standing, waist-bending , and weight-lifting. Pain in different body parts was related to different ergonomic risk factors while at work. The development and testing of interventions to minimize these risk factors is warranted in future studies.
