    Title: 利用表面拋光減緩強力美白後初期回色之體外研究

    Abstract: 牙齒美白可分為二種:居家美白與強力美白。二種美白方式皆為利用美白藥劑改善牙齒顏色,使其表面顏色變淡,達到美白效果。但居家美白所需之治療時間約4星期,療程太長,故利用不同的光線,照於美白藥劑,減少治療時間,快速獲得美白效果的強力美白為目前市場主流。但不管採用何種美白法,在美白完成初期,顏色表現皆不穩定,會有明顯回色的現象(Initial color relapse),造成美白效果的減少。雖此現象很早即被觀察到,但發生原因與機制仍舊不明確。可能因美白後造成牙釉質表面粗糙,而導致色層容易沾黏,產生此現象。在臨床上,我們可以利用器械拋光牙齒表面或用表面保護劑,創造光滑的表面,降低色素沈積。但因目前市場上之表面保護劑皆呈黃色,會影響美白效果。故本研究即嘗試牙齒美白後,進行表面預防性拋光,減少牙釉質表面粗糙度,以期能減緩初期迴色,增加美白效果。
    Teeth whitening can be divided into two groups: Home-bleaching and Power-bleaching. Both of the two bleaching methods are used to improve the teeth color: whitening effect. Home-bleaching treatment time required for about four weeks, treatment is too long. In order to reduce treatment time, using different light to activate bleaching agents become more and more important. But whatever the methods of whitening, the color performances are unstable. When the treatment finished, the color will relapse in two weeks, resulting in reduced whitening effect. Although this phenomenon was observed early incurs, but the causes and mechanisms are still not clear. Tooth whitening may cause enamel surface roughness, which led to easy adhesion color, resulting in the initial color relapse. Clinically, dentists can use the equipment to polishing the surface of the tooth or use surface protective agent to create a smooth surface. But now the surface protective agents on the market are highly yellow and may affect the whitening effect. This study attempts to access that prophylaxis polish after tooth whitening will reduce the roughness of enamel and increase tooth whitening.
