    摘要: 本病例回溯分析的研究目的是: 比較骨性第三級咬合不正的患者以2-step治療 (手術優先式正顎手術矯正 / SFA) 和傳統3-step來治療的時間差異,研究族群為37位於2010~2015年間在風華聯合診所 (台北,台灣) 完成正顎手術以及齒顎矯正治療的患者,其中26位接受2-step治療 (手術優先式正顎手術矯正 / SFA,其中包含15位有segmentation,11位沒有segmentation) 以及11位接受3-step治療 (其中包含8位有segmentation,3位沒有segmentation)。 本研究結論出:
    1.SFA合併齒顎矯正治療骨性第三級咬合不正患者可以比傳統先矯正-再
    手術-再矯正的3-step治療方式快上約六個月。
    2.上顎有做segmental osteotomy的患者時間縮短更為明顯。
    3.本研究案例都有很好的穩定度,這和手術時上下顎雙側皆釘兩條骨板有
    關。

    The purpose of this retrospective case analysis was to compare the duration of treatment differences in skeletal Class III malocclusion patients managed with 2-step treatment (i.e., a surgery-first approach; SFA) and conventional 3-step treatment (orthodontics-orthognathic surgery-orthodontics). Samples consisted of 37 patients who completed orthognathic surgery and orthodontic correction at the Charm Aesthetic Surgery Clinic (Taipei, Taiwan) in 2012~2015, including 26 who received 2-step treatment (SFA, 15 with segmentation and 11 with non-segmentation) and 11 who received 3-step treatment (8 with segmentation and 3 with non-segmentation). We concluded that: 1. using SFA correction saved approximately 6 months compared to the conventional 3-step treatment; 2. the reduction in time was especially apparent in patients who received a segmental osteotomy; and 3. patients in this study had good stability, associated with the 2 miniplates applied in both jaws.
