    摘要: 本研究主要的目的為比較機械加工與經SLA表面處理之一階式人工牙科植體在動物體內的骨整合分析,每組評估方式為以3根人工植體植入3隻迷你豬動物體內,觀察時間點為四周、八周與十六周,以扭力試驗機測試每個時期的骨整合效果。在四周後的組織染色觀察上可以明顯看到,只有機械研磨的表面處理方式(BIC=20.3 %± 8.4;BSA=73.4 %),對於短期骨整合的整體效果較經SLA披覆後的植體(BIC=41.7 %± 11.2;BSA=79.9 %)來的低,在初步結果判斷,SLA的表面處理確實可以對骨整合帶來正面的幫助。在八周時,骨接觸處率有明顯上升為71.0 %± 14.7;BSA=84.2 ± 10.5,直至經過十六周的長時間觀察,在進行整體骨整合評估下,平均值皆可到達87 %以上的骨接觸率,由此可鑑,經表面處理後的人工植體較市售人工植體兩者間的骨整合性可以縮短植入物與骨頭的生長時間。

    The aim of this animal study was to investigate and compare the osseointegration between machined work and SLA work titanium one-piece dental implants. 3 per each implant were inserted into mandibles of 3 mini pigs for 3 observation periods 4, 8 and 16 weeks. The removal torque results showed that Ti-SLA one-piece dental implant had greater removal torque for every observation healing period. After the healing period of 4 weeks, a histological analysis of tissue and a histomorphometric analysis of the bone-implant contact (BIC) and bone-surface area (BSA) was performed. Both implants were available for evaluation that Ti-one seemed to be loose as BIC% of Ti-SLA-one (41.7 ± 11.2) had double times better than it (20.3 ± 8.4). According to the healing results of 8 weeks, histomorphometric analysis showed both implants became similar, and the implant surface showed connect to the bone intimately. But Ti-SLA still has the highest values in both BIC% (71.0 ± 14.7) and BSA% (84.2 ± 10.5) after the healing period of 16 weeks. The result suggest that either Ti-one or Ti-SLA-one osseointegrate comparably (BIC% value reach to above 87%) in both removal torque and animal bone healing model and have potential to become a commercial one-piece dental implant product.
