    摘要: 具不同銀含量AISI 316 L不銹鋼之顯微組織特性、機械性能與抗菌機制於本研究中已經被研究清楚。本質上,淬火後之含銀合金的顯微結構是一沃斯田鐵與Ag相之混合物。當合金含銀 ≥ 0.2 wt%,其機械性能可以稍微提高因為銀相之析出強化所致。此外,含銀合金之銀相析出物的形成並不會改變其變形行為和破壞模式,含銀合金在拉伸試驗後呈現延性破裂特徵。抗菌試驗之結果揭示;含銀合金中之銀相析出物於抗菌機制中發揮關鍵之作用。銀離子可以從銀相析出物中被釋出然後殺死細菌。AISI 316 L合金之銀含量 ≥ 0.2 wt%,對金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌具有良好之抗菌性能,抗菌率近100%。因此,銀添加到AISI 316L不銹鋼中是一種有效的技術,它可以讓AISI 316L不銹鋼之抗菌性有顯著改善。

    In this study, the microstructure characteristics, mechanical properties and antibacterial mechanisms of AISI 316L stainless steel with varying Ag content have been investigated clearly. Essentially, the as-quenched microstructure of the Ag-bearing alloys was a mixture of austenite and Ag phases. When the alloy containing Ag ≥ 0.2 wt.%, the mechanical properties can slightly enhance because the precipitation strengthening by the Ag phase precipitates. Moreover, the formation of Ag phase precipitates did not change the deformation behavior and failure model of the Ag-bearing alloys. The Ag-bearing alloys exhibited the ductile fracture feature after tensile testing. The results of the antibacterial test reveal that the Ag phase precipitates play a key role in antibacterial mechanisms of the Ag-bearing alloys. The Ag+ ions can be release from Ag phase precipitates, and then kill bacteria. It is proposed that as the AISI 316L alloy had Ag content ≥ 0.2 wt.%, it had excellent antibacterial property against both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli with antibacterial rate nearly to 100%. Therefore, Ag added to the AISI 316L stainless steel is an effective technology, which can improve the antibacterial property of the AISI 316L stainless steel significantly.
