摘要:	根據衛生福利部的統計資料，臺灣地區65 歲以上老年人口比率持續上升，伴隨老化相關的疾病接踵而至，如心血管疾病、糖尿病、白內障、失智症與帕金森氏症，皆對病患造成生活上造成極大的不便，其中失智症與帕金森氏症屬於退化性神經疾病，近年來帕金森氏症在台灣地區老年人口65歲以上的族群盛行率約為1%-4%，而退化性疾病與某些疾病有顯著的關聯性。在高齡化社會下，台灣的癌症人口不斷增加，癌症高居台灣十大死因的第一位，而且癌症病患逐年增加，造成健保龐大支出，因此對於早期階段的防治工作更為重要，而現今對癌症疾病關聯的研究資料尚未有統合性的整理，本研究利用健保資料庫，串連現有之門診處方及治療明細檔與癌症登記檔等相關資料，建立癌症次級資料庫，其成果可提供癌症相關共病學術研究進行利用，並藉此分析癌症與帕金森氏症之間的關聯。研究結果顯示整體而言癌症病患比非癌症病患較不易罹患帕金森氏症，但罹患皮膚、乳房、男性生殖器官與女性生殖器官類別之癌症病患與非癌症病患相比有較高的風險罹患帕金森氏症，而帕金森氏症病患比非帕金森氏症病患較不易罹患癌症，除了呼吸系統與胸腔類別的癌症以外並無顯著相關，研究結果可提供相關醫療單位或是政府進行疾病研究之參考。 According to Ministry of Health and Welfare, the population aged 65 or older in Taiwan continue rising. The aging-related diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cataracts, dementia and Parkinson's disease cause great inconvenience to patients. Dementia and Parkinson's disease belongs to degenerative neurological disease. In recent years, the prevalence of Parkinson's disease in Taiwan's population aged 65 or older is about 1 % to 4 %, degenerative neurological disease and some disease have significant correlation. Cancer leading cause of death in Taiwan, Taiwan's cancer patients increase every year, which cost huge expenses in health care. Therefore, prevention work is more important for the early stages, now research for the integration of cancer diseases association has finish. This research using the National Health Insurance Record Database and concatenate Details of Ambulatory Care Orders and Taiwan Cancer Registry to build cancer secondary data and analyze the association between cancer and Parkinson’s disease. The results showed that Patients with cancer has lower risk to get Parkinson's disease than Non-cancer patients. But patients with skin cancer, breast cancer have higher risk to get Parkinson's disease than Non-cancer patients.Patients with Parkinson’s disease have lower risk to get cancer than Non-Parkinson's disease patients. But patients with Parkinson’s disease have higher risk to get respiratory system cancer than Non-Parkinson's disease patients. These results may provide the reference to research for government and medical units.
