    Title: 大學護理學生工作價值觀與工作選擇之探討─ 以臺北醫學大學為例

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討大學護理生工作價值觀及工作選擇之關聯性,採用橫斷式研究,以『工作價值觀量表』及『工作機構選擇量表』為研究工具,臺北醫學大學護理學院大學部學生為對象,共得有效樣本251份,有效問卷率88.69%。研究結果顯示:1.不同性別在「尊重價值」、「人際價值」、「重要關係」有顯著差異2.不同學系在「安全價值」、「機構地理特性」有顯著差異3.不同年級在「舒適價值」有顯著差異4.工作價值觀與工作選擇各項之間幾乎皆為正相關。期能找出影響大學護理生就業選擇的影響因素,以提升大學護理畢業生能以護理工作作為職業優先選擇,進而達到『教』(教育)『考』(證照考試)與『用』(用才)並重的目標。
    The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to explore the relationship between work value and work choice among nursing undergraduate students. Measuring Instrument for Institutional Selections and Work Value Inventory were used as instruments in this study. Chose nursing undergraduate students of Taipei Medical University as research subjects. There were 251 valid questionnaires be collected. The responding rate was 88.69%. The results showed that: (1) There are differences between sexuality in “Esteem Value,” “Relationship Value” and “Important Relationships.” (2) There are differences between departments in “Secure Value” and “Institutions’ Geographical Characteristics.”(3) There are differences between grades in “Comfort Value.” (4) Almost every work values and work choices are positive correlated, except “Secure Value” and “Institutions’ Geographical Characteristics.” Hope to find out factors which affect nursing undergraduate students how to make work choice, to enhance the probability that they are able to choose nursing job as a career preference, thus achieving the goal of paying equal attention on “Education,” “Examination” and “Employment.”
