    题名: 探討護理站採用電子白板系統之重要因素
    Critical Factors Affecting Nurse Stations to Adopt Electronic Whiteboard System

    摘要: 國內醫院護理師不足是當前醫院急需解決的問題,院方期望藉由電子白板系統使院內臨床資訊暢通,以提升工作效率,因此影響電子白板系統使用之重要因素值得進一步探討。本研究參考資訊系統成功模式(Information Systems Success Model)、任務-科技配適理(Task-Technology Fit)發展問卷並完成信度、效度檢定,並以重要性-績效分析法(Importance-Performance Analysis)探討電子白板各功能項目被護理師評比的重要及滿意程度。本研究以北區某醫院護理師為研究對象。分別針對使用及未使用電子白板之病房發放問卷,有效回收樣本分別為178、166份,回收率為95.2%、94.9%,資料使用SPSS22.0 及smart PLS 2.0軟體分析。結果發現,系統品質的可靠性會顯著影響滿意度(β=0.149, t = 2.023*);資訊品質的格式及服務品質的保證性會顯著影響使用意願(β= 0.170, t = 2.095*;β= 0.338, t = 2.688**);滿意度會顯著影響使用意願(β= 0.459, t =4.318***);使用意願及滿意度會顯著影響個人效益(β= 0.168, t=2.724*;β= 0.267, t=4.637*);符合性會顯著影響個人效益及滿意度(β= 0.519, t = 4.321***;β= 0.528, t = 5.705***)。另護理師使用成效上,認為節省團體及個別交班時間的比率分別為58.4%及52.8%,而39.9%認為可增加直接照護病患的時間。在重要性-績效分析上,值班醫師、登記轉床兩功能項目落於第四象限,即被視為重要但不滿意的功能項目,應被優先改善。總之,本研究認為病房護理師使用電子白板系統之「使用意願」、「滿意度」及「符合性」會直接影響護理師認知之「個人效益」,因此可透過適當的教育訓練,說明電子白板與護理工作之符合性,來提升電子白板的效益。

    Lack of hospital nurse manpower is an urgent problem which hospitals face on a day-to-day basis. If electronic whiteboard systems can help hospitals facilitate clinical information exchange and improve work efficiency, then the use of these systems is worth for further study. This study use both the Information Systems Success Model, and Task-Technology Fit to develope questionnaire which passed the reliability, validity analysis. We also used th Importance-Performance Analysis to explore nurse’s importance and satisfaction of the electronic whiteboard function. Test objects were ward nurses in a north area hospital of use and non-use whiteboard. After retrieving the questionnaires, we determined that samples for nurses who used the whiteboards were178 and nurses who didn't use the whiteboards were 166; this led to a effective recovery rate of 95.2% and 94.9%, respectively. SPSS 22.0 and smart PLS 2.0 software were used to analyze the data.The results show that reliability of System quality will significantly affect nurse’s satisfaction(β = 0.149, t = 2.023 *), Format of Information quality and Assurance of Service quality significantly affected Use Intention(β = 0.170, t = 2.095 *; β = 0.338, t = 2.688 **), Satisfaction significantly affected Use Intention(β = 0.459, t = 4.318 ***), Use Intention and satisfaction significantly affected Individual impact(β = 0.168, t = 2.724 *; β = 0.267, t = 4.637 *), Conformity significantly affected Individual impact and Satisfaction (β = 0.519, t = 4.321 ***; β = 0.528, t = 5.705 ***). 58.4% and 52.8% nurses believed that the electronic whiteboard could save group and individual shift-exchange time , and also 39.9% nursesagreed it can increase direct care time. In the Importance-Performance Analysis, the functional items fall in the fourth quadrant is on-duty physicians and registration bedwhich functional items are important but undersatisfized.In short, the electronic whiteboard system's Use Intention, Satisfaction, and Conformity will directly affect a nurse's individual impact. Therefore, we can deliver appropriate training, indicate the conformity between electronic whiteboard and nursing work to enhance the effectiveness of electronic whiteboard.
