摘要:	抽象目標：發達國家海地2010年意外和殘酷的霍亂疫情多年來造成1萬多人死亡。已經採取了關於獲得保健，水和衛生設施的預防措施。本研究採用或有估價方法來估算家庭戶口口服霍亂疫苗的支付意願（WTP）。方法：對海地太子港3個不同地區的3個診所隨機抽取的300名受試者進行訪談。在10分鐘一對一的面試中，受訪者被問及是否會以特定價格購買兩種不同水平的有效性和持續時間的口腔霍亂疫苗。結果：單一疫苗的平均WTP為1390.80 gourdes，或22 USD（1USD為63 gourdes）。疫苗的平均數量為3.28，平均家庭人數為4.43。結論：霍亂疫苗在太子港城市越來越多。不過，我們在製訂預防策略時，必須考慮到人們的意見。這項研究的資料可以幫助資助機構採取更具包容性的方式來涉及海地人民。 ABSTRACT OBJECTIVES: The unexpected and brutal 2010 cholera outbreak of developing Caribbean country Haiti had caused over 10,000 deaths over the years. Preventive measures regarding access to care, water and sanitation had being taken. This study uses the contingent valuation method to estimate household head willingness to pay (WTP) for oral cholera vaccines. METHODS: Interviews were conducted with 300 subjects randomly selected in 3 clinics of 3 different districts of Port-au-Prince Haiti. During a 10 minute one-on-one interview, the respondents were asked whether they would purchase an oral cholera vaccine with 2 different levels of effectiveness and duration at a specified price. RESULTS: The mean WTP for a single vaccine was 1390.80 gourdes, or 22 USD (63 gourdes for 1USD). The mean number of vaccines was 3.28 for a mean household size of 4.43. CONCLUSIONS: Cholera vaccines are becoming more available in urban Port-au-Prince. However, we must take into account the populations views in developing prevention strategies. Information from this study could help funding agencies to come with a more inclusive approach involving the people of Haiti.
