    摘要: 目的:本研究的目的是比較氧化鋯基冠的不同鑲面技術的抗斷裂性和破壞模式。
    方法:構建12個相同的基於氧化鋯的前磨牙骨架,隨機分為兩組。組別RL,使用加工的陶瓷製造飾面結構並且將其裝在框架上。組別CH,使用傳統的分層技術進行細結構長石瓷在框架上的鑲飾。將所有樣品裝載在通用試驗機中,沿著長軸施加壓縮載荷並記錄斷裂力。使用掃描電子顯微鏡觀察斷裂模式,並使用微拉曼光譜儀鑑定。
    結果:兩組疲勞試驗的生存率無顯著差異。

    Objectives: The aim of the present study was to compare the fracture resistance and failure modes of zirconia-based crowns with different veneering techniques.
    Method and methods: Twelve identical zirconia-based premolar frameworks were constructed and randomly divided into two groups. For group RL, the veneer structure was fabricated using the machineable ceramics and luted onto a framework. For group CH, veneering of the fine structure feldspar porcelain on a framework was performed using the traditional layering technique. All specimens were loaded in a universal testing machine with the compressive load applied along the long axis and the force at fracture was recorded. The fracture patterns were observed using scanning electron microscopy and the phase transformation was identified using Micro Raman Spectrometer.
    Results: There was no significant difference between the survival rates of the two groups during the fatigue test. SEM analyses showed predominant cohesive fracture within the porcelain for all cycle groups in the CH group.
