摘要: | 本研究目的為探討非洲白蔘地上部及消渴草全草之降血糖活性成分。非洲白蔘在之前的文獻中顯示其具有降血糖的活性,而消渴草在民間傳統用藥中也被做為控制血糖的藥物,因此本研究選用此兩種植物,探討其中之活性成分。將兩個植物萃取物溶於水,再以n-Hexane、Ethyl acetate、n-butanol分別從較低極性到較高極性進行分配萃取,各層再經由各種管柱層析及不同的溶媒系統純化後,總共分離出二十六個化合物。根據物理數據、核磁共振光譜判斷及文獻資料的比對,而確定其化學結構。從非洲白蔘地上部之甲醇萃取物,於n-Hexane層、Ethyl acetate層以及H2O層分離出十三個化合物:gallic acid (1)、protocatehuic acid (2)、chlorogenic acid (3)、methyl chlorogenate (4)、(+)-catechin (5) (-)- epigallocatechin (6)、quercetin (7)、quercitrin (8)、isoquercetin (9)、rutin (10)、5, 6, 7, 4' -tetrahydroxy-3-O-rutinoside (11)、β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D -glucoside (12)、urosolic acid (13)。另外,從消渴草全草之甲醇萃取物,於n-Hexane 層、Ethyl acetate 層以及BuOH 層,共分離出十六個化合物:cirsimaritin (14)、cirsimarin (15)、cirsiliol 4′-glucoside (16)、5, 8, 4′-trihydroxy- 7-methoxy flavones (17)、5, 8, 3′, 4′-tetrahydroxy -7-methoxy flavones (18)、puddumetin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (19)、luteolin -7-O-β-D- glucopyranosiduronic acid (20)、rhodioloside (21)、7'-rutinose-9-phenethyl alcohol caffeic acid (22)、β-sitosterol (23)、stigmasterol (24)、β-sitosterol-glucoside (25)、stigmasterol-glucoside (26)、α-amyrin (27)、21-methyldammar -22-en-3β,18,27-triol (28)、phytol (29)
In this study, antihyperglycemia bioactivity constituents of Mondia whieti and Ruellia tuberosa were investigated.Extract that dissolve in water partition with solvent which was insoluble in water such as n-Hexane、Ethyl acetate、n-butanol from low polarity to high polarity. Through all kind of different solvent and chromatography system, total of twenty six compounds were isolation. Thirteen compounds were isolated from n-Hexane、Ethyl acetate and water layer of 100% methanol extract of Mondia whieti are gallic acid (1), protocatehuic acid (2), chlorogenic acid (3), methyl chlorogenate (4), (+)-catechin (5) (-)-epigallocatechin (6), quercetin (7), quercitrin (8), isoquercetin (9), rutin (10), 5, 6, 7, 4'-tetrahydroxy- 3-O-rutinoside (11), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D -glucoside (12), urosolic acid (13). Sixteen compounds were isolated from n-Hexane、Ethyl acetate and n-butano layer of 100% methanol extract of Ruellia tuberosa are cirsimaritin (14), cirsimarin (15), cirsiliol 4′-glucoside (16), 5, 8, 4′-trihydroxy- 7-methoxy flavones (17), 5, 8, 3′, 4′-tetrahydroxy -7-methoxy flavones (18), puddumetin-8-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (19), luteolin -7-O-β-D- glucopyranosiduronic acid (20), rhodioloside (21), 7'-rutinose-9-phenethyl alcohol caffeic acid (22), β-sitosterol (23), stigmasterol (24), β-sitosterol- glucoside (25), stigmasterol-glucoside (26), α-amyrin (27)、21-methyl- dammar -22-en-3β,18,27-triol (28), phytol (29). |
