    摘要: 現代人對於牙齒的要求,不再只是病理性或功能性,若能夠擁有一口潔白亮麗的牙齒,不僅為整體容貌加分,亦可增加自信。而造成牙齒染色的因素可分為內因性及外因性二大類。內因性如四環黴素染色、氟斑症、牙髓壞死等。外因性如抽煙、吃檳榔或深色飲食所造成的染色以及牙齒老化等。
    為了改善飲食中深色食物所導致之牙齒染色或失去光澤以及酸性食物造成牙釉質脫鈣、表面腐蝕、去礦化問題,抑或是天生黃板牙,輕、中度的四環黴素染色及氟斑症。近年來國內外學者在學術研究領域與口腔保健產品開發均有大幅成長及多樣化之趨勢。而本研究之目的在於探討能提升牙齒美白效果的試劑與能提升牙齒硬度促進再礦化試劑,是否會互相影響並分析其交互作用。本研究利用過氧化尿素(carbamide peroxide)為美白實驗組,而以自行合成之乳酸磷酸鈣(CLP)作為再礦化實驗組,建立三組測試組別(GroupA: 15 wt% carbamide peroxide solution + CLP、Group B: 15 wt% carbamide peroxide solution、Group C: CLP)。並選用非晶型磷酸鈣(Amorphous
    Calcium Phosphate)作為控制組,建立三組控制組別(GroupA:15 wt
    % carbamide peroxide solution+ ACP、Group B:15 wt% carbamide
    peroxide solution、Group C:ACP)。
    美白試驗部分使用VITA 電腦比色儀以客觀的方式分析三組測試組及控制組前後之色階、CIE: L*a*b*之亮度值差(ΔL*)及色差值(ΔE*)之變化,而在再礦化試驗部分,以微硬度測試儀計算其實驗組別及控制組別使用前後之再礦化率,實驗完成後即可從中得知其兩種試劑是否會產生加成或拮抗等交互作用。

    Recently, Requirements for teeth, is no longer just a pathological or functional. To have a white and beautiful teeth, not only increasing whole looks , can also increase confidence.
    Factors that cause tooth staining can be divided into internal and external causes of the second category. Internal causes such as tetracycline stain, fluorosis, dental pulp necrosis. external factors such as smoking, eating betel nuts or dark-staining and aging of teeth caused by diet.
    In order to improve the color of tooth such as : coloring food as a result of tooth staining or loss of gloss, acidic foods cause tooth enamel mineralization, surface corrosion , or natural yellow tooth, and mild to moderate fluorosis and tetracycline stain.
    The purpose of this study was to discuss the white and remineralization interaction for tooth.
    We use Carbamide Peroxide as whitening experimental group, and the lactic acid calcium phosphate (CLP) as remineralization of experimental group. the establishment of three test groups (GroupA:15 WT% Carbamide Peroxide solution + CLP and the Group B:15 WT% Carbamide Peroxide solution and the Group C:CLP).using of amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) as a control group, established three control groups (GroupA:15 WT% Carbamide Peroxide solution+ACP and the Group B:15 WT% Carbamide Peroxide solution and the Group C:ACP).
    Whitening tests were using VITA Easyshade Compact to analysis each three test groups’and control groups’color order before and after, CIE:L*a*b* the brightness value difference and the changes of chromatic aberration value. and in the remineralization part, we used micro-hardness test instrument to calculate the experimental group and the control group using before and after.
    After the experiment completes, then knew whether its two reagents will have the addition or anti- correlations.
