    Abstract: 對於局部缺牙或是全口無牙之患者,採用牙科植體作為輔助的治療方式,已是相當普及的治療考量之一。近三十年來,牙科植體的演變過程相當迅速,為了符合生醫材料所應具備的生物相容性、抗腐蝕性與適當的機械強度等要求,所使用的植體材料也從黃金、白金、陶瓷等,逐漸趨向目前市面上各方所具共識的鈦金屬。為了達到理想的骨整合效果,植體的表面處理模式則成為下一階段研究的目標與方向。
    在本研究中,我們以不同條件之電致成型表面處理應用於鈦金屬試片上,期望能找出最有利於骨細胞生長之鈦植體試片處理條件,以期日後應用於鈦基植體之改良,增進骨整合與臨床表現之效果。
