| 摘要: | 本研究運用Wiki系統、推理引擎、知識規則管理等方法建構醫學知識匯集系統(Medical Intelligence Aggregation System，以下簡稱MEDIA System)，由醫師團隊透過MEDIA System之協同編輯機制進行醫學知識匯集，而後知識工程師依據其匯集結果進行知識規則管理，透過知識規則管理程式轉成推理規則儲存於知識庫中，提供推理引擎進行知識規則(Rules)與病患病情資料(Facts)推理分析，使醫師制定治療計畫時能參考臨床診療指引資訊;本研究以JSPWiki軟體(JSPWiki,2007)為MEDIA System開發基礎進行建構醫學知識匯集平台，透過MEDIA System協同編輯機制取代專家面談或專家會議等知識累積方式，以此系統進行匯集醫療團隊之醫學知識內容，供知識工程師依據匯集結果內容，進行知識規則管理(新增、編輯、轉換)，以推理規則格式儲存於知識庫中提供推理引擎使用;MEDIA System能提供使用者便捷與彈性的操作，以匯集醫學知識內容與建構其知識規則知識庫為目的，結合推理引擎分析提供醫師需要之參考資訊，以此提升健康照護品質、增進醫病關係與減輕醫師工作負擔，以期達到醫學知識充實與交流。
In this research uses JSPWiki, inference engine , such intelligence technologies as the regular management of knowledge, etc., arrange the clinical medical knowledge that made a diagnosis and guided of the prostate cancer and gather the system before building (Medical Intelligence Aggregation System, hereafter referred to as MEDIA System) ,Doctor team use MEDIA System carry on clinical to is it guide knowledge gather to make a diagnosis, and then knowledge engineer basis their gather result go on knowledge rule define, manage and change into the reasoning rule storing in the knowledge base through the knowledge rule, offer the inference engine to carry on the knowledge rule (Rules) With patient's condition materials (Facts), offer a doctor to set up while treating the plan, can consult and make a diagnosis clinically to guide intelligence analysis. This research JSPWiki build MEDIA System, replace such knowledge as expert's speaking face to face or specialists meeting, etc. and accumulate the way in coordination with the editor way through MEDIA System, carry on the clinic of gathering the medical group and make a diagnosis and guide the knowledge content with this system, for the knowledge engineer to gather the content according to medical knowledge, carry on the regular management of knowledge (newly-increased, edits, changes) ,Store and offer the reasoning engine to use in the knowledge base with the regular form of reasoning. In this system can offer convenient and elastic operation to users to construct with MEDIA System to build, regard gathering the medical knowledge content and its knowledge rule as object, combine the inference engine and analyzed that offers the reference intelligence that a doctor needs, so as to improve the health and look after quality, promote the relation of curing the disease and lighten doctor's working burden, expect to reach medical knowledge to substantiate and exchange through the foundation of medical science of the real example. |
