Abstract:	許多的研究證實了衛生教育有助於病人健康之恢復和維持、縮短住院天數以節省醫療資源。而病人對於吸取健康知識以提升自我照顧能力的需求也不斷的增加，也使得病人的護理衛教指導越來越受到重視，對於臨床的護理人員而言，更是工作內容的重點。本研究設計建立了疾病資料庫、藥物資料庫及護理衛教資料庫等內容，經由電腦輔助的過程來產生一份具個人化且合乎當時疾病情況的衛教內容，以利臨床護理人員對病患執行衛教，並期望能提高病人對自身健康狀態之增進。 A lot of researches have proven that health education can help patients to maintain and improve their health. And it also shortens the time staying in hospital to save medication resource. Because the patients are willing to get healthcare knowledge to enhance the ability of self-care, they pay more attention to the health education. In addition, as to clinic nurses the health education to patients plays an important role in their daily work. Hence they need a good tool to help performing patient education. In this study, we attempted to establish a computer-aided system to automatically generate an individual health education document suitable for different patients by integrating the databases for disease, medicine and nursing knowledge. This system was evaluated by clinic nurses in both usability and feasibility domains. The results revealed that this computer-aided system satisfied the nurses to give the clinic health education to patients. This system will be a good tool to generate appropriate and individual health education contents and helpful to assist patient education works.
