| 題名: | 乳房X光攝影影像交換之關鍵成功因素 |

| 摘要: | 衛生署為強化醫院服務安全及提升弱勢與偏遠地區醫療品質之落差，推廣全國醫療影像交換計畫，並建立一個標準化的作業格式，使各醫院遵循強迫分享CT、MRI等醫療影像，希望可以降低重覆檢查造成的醫療浪費。本研究目的:一、探討影響乳房X光攝影影像交換的因素二、問卷調查各乳房醫療影像相關領域專家對於乳房X光攝影影像交換導入看法及意願三、探討影響「乳房X光攝影影像交換」的關鍵成功因素。利用全國「醫療影像交換」的推動探討乳房X光攝影影像交換意願。研究引用「創新擴散理論」探討醫院導入新資訊科技時對於個人、團體、組織的特質重要因素，「科技接受模式」的外部因素可能影響使用者採用資訊科技的因素、系統特性或環境因素，而外部因素會因為使用者使用意圖而影響使用態度來建立本研究理論模型，模型包含四大構面「組織、策略因素」、「影像品質」、「交換規範」、「科技認知因素」，影響「乳房X光攝影影像交換」的關鍵成功因素，並加以驗證。研究結果:一、本研究假說均獲得支持二、影響的關鍵因素依序為「交換規範」、「科技認知因素」、「組織策略因素」、「影像品質」。醫療影像交換是政府帶領推動且建立了交換機制、平台及規範，再加上一定水準的影像品質，並得到使用者認同而及使用，才可發揮其影像資源分享效益。

Purpose of this study:
1. To explore the impact of Mammography image exchange factor
2. The questionnaire related to breast imaging experts in the field of Mammography imaging for the exchange of views and intention
3. Impact of " Mammography image exchange" critical success factors. Use of national "exchange of medical images," the promotion of Mammography image exchange will. Of reference "diffusion of innovation theory" of the hospital into the new information technology for individuals, groups, organizations, the characteristics of important factors, "Technology acceptance model" of external factors may influence users of information technology factors, system characteristics or environmental factors, External factors will affect the intended use for the user to use attitude to build up the theoretical model, the model includes four dimensions of "organizational, strategic factors", "image quality", "exchange standard", "awareness factor" affecting " Mammography image exchange, "the critical success factors, and verified.
The results
1.This study supported the hypothesis
2.Key factors affecting the order of "exchange standard", "awareness factor", "organizational strategy factors", "image quality." The exchange of medical imaging, led the Government to promote the norms of establishing an exchange platform and a unified standard to follow, and a certain level of image quality
And recognition of its clinical effectiveness by users are willing to support and participate in order to carry out its function and benefits. |
