Many factors will affect the curative effect, and following the doctor's advice is a factor that can’t be ignored. Many patients can’t follow the doctor's advice entirely, and it makes medical effect low. By reference review, we find there are so many action with no following the doctor’s advice since they forgot the advise and don’t distrust the doctors subjectively. Hence, we suggest a new mechanism in the paper, and it can remind patients of the doctor’s advice and report the response about the following actions. We use the concept of workflow to design the user interface. By way of using voice and image, it can prompt patients and reduce the forgetting times. At the same time, the workflow can strengthen the view affections and reduce the carelessness of management, and it can raise the work efficiency of medical manager.
