    Abstract: 現今醫療資訊環境中要求除了有完善而穩定的技術層
    面外,也需要有挑戰未來資訊安全環境的能力。員工
    對於資訊安全認知是重要的課題,一般醫療機構醫療
    資訊使用者多為機構內員工,往往在便利性與安全性
    及文化議題上有所衝突,因此醫院各級員工對於資訊
    安全認知亦是管理者必須重視的,此研究欲探討醫院
    各級員工對醫療資訊安全認知上的差異,進一步提出
    相關建議,以作為未來管理者在處理員工資訊教育訓
    練及建置醫療資訊環境之重要依據。
    The current medical IT environment must includes a
    technology infrastructure that is comprehensive and
    stable, yet flexible enough to meet the evolving challenges
    of the future security environment. An IT effectiveness
    assessment will cover two main areas: an IT utilization
    and culture assessment, as well as an IT infrastructure
    assessment. The data of assessment is gathered through
    questionnaires with executives, middle managers, and
    selected users. By completing such an assessment, the
    manager will be able to identify areas of IT education as
    well as opportunities for operational improvement in IT
    management processes, applications, and infrastructure.
