    摘要: 病人安全係「對於健康照護過程中引起的不良結果或損害所採取的避免、預防與改善措施。這些不良的結果或傷害包含了錯誤、偏差與意外。」近年來「病人安全」議題受到世界各國的重視，包括美、英、澳等各國所做的醫療不良事件發生頻率的調查研究顯示，發生醫療不良事件的比率約在2.9﹪-16.6﹪之間，平均約為10﹪。為有效推動維護及促進本院病人安全之工作，資訊室在各個醫事系統及網站都有病人安全防護機制，在民眾醫療安全方面，有用藥安全、正確洗手、預防跌倒、病人辨識、手術正確、住院診療計畫書、侵入性檢查及手術說明同意書等..。為將病人安全在資訊化方面的極力推動，本院醫療品質暨病人安全審議委員會委託資訊室建置小港醫院病人安全資訊網，網站內容除了以上所提民眾醫療安全部分外，另有小港病人安全通報系統說明、與民眾互動連結專區，讓「病人安全」這重要議題，能透過資訊化的媒介傳播，讓更多人清楚病安之重要性。
    The Patient Safety include avoid, prevention and improvement measure and expedient on health process. All the bad result or harm effect mistake, deviation and accidents.In recent years, all
    nations emphasis on “The Patient Safety” issue. America, England,Australia and other countries
    ever made the study of improper medicare events occur frequency and the ratio shows approximately between 2.9 ﹪to 16.6 ﹪and
    approximately average is 10 ﹪. constructively
    For effectively maintains and promotes patient safety in the hospital, the Information Department set up patient safety prevention device in each medicinal system and website. Also we made the direction and guide book for patient to follow: the medicine safety; hand wash correctly; prevention tumbles; how to recognizes hospital signs; surgery notice; hospital diagnosing and treating plan; and the surgery explains and agreement etc,. To impetus the importance of patient safety, the Information Department constructively install KMHK patient safety information website to offer and serve patient to do search and reference. We hope more people would know the importance of patient safety by the information system.
