    摘要: 在市場競爭越來越激烈的情況下，如何審慎評估購買昂貴醫療儀器，提高市場的競爭力，使醫療品質提升是很重要的；醫院方面要如何選擇良好的評估方式，避免醫療資源投資不當，影響到醫院對民眾提供的醫療服務品質，是每位醫院經營者必需深思的議題。
    本研究將醫院放射診斷部門(放射診斷科、核子醫學科、放射腫瘤科)在購買醫療儀器所考慮的面向，分為五大構面(財物、流程、創新與學習、顧客、風險構面)，利用線性規劃的方式，分析醫院放射診斷部門對於購買醫療儀器品質的重視程度。
    本研究設計出不同的情境，依每個決策者所需，針對醫院的期望與遠景，做出最佳的決策儀器購買。
    In a situation that market competition is more and more fierce, how to assess and to buy the expensive medical instrument, improving the competitiveness of the market and make the medical quality promotion is very important.
    How does the hospital aspect choose the good evaluate way, avoids improper medical resource investment, affects the hospital medical service quality which provides to the populace, is purpose that is every hospital manager have to think deeply.
    The research is taking the hospital Radiology Section (Radiology Department, Nuclear Medicine Department, Radiology Tumor Department) in purchasing medical treatment instrument consider facing, being divided into five factors, (finance, process, innovation and learning, customer, risk) .We use the way of linear programming, analyzing the value degree with quality of Radiology Section in purchasing medical treatment instrument.
    This research designs the different situation, according to the expectation and the prospect of the hospital by manager, making the best policy-making instrument to purchase.
