    Abstract: IHE為一國際性之醫療資訊整合計畫,本研究分析 IHE現行規範的內容及其系統架構,將其區分為各部門作業流程、各式報告、病歷交換、IT基礎架構四類整合規範,並搭配台灣醫院的現況,提出醫院現行資訊系統與IHE規範整合的方式。以此分類方式,將複雜的資訊整合問題單純化。並建議依據IHE推行的方式,由醫療機構提出整合需求,由需求確立要導入之 IHE規範,經由專家會議及公開討論,確立整合規範細部規格,並建構相關指引,由此將整合問題明確化、簡單化,以此鼓勵廠商開發合乎整合規範之系統,參加IHE-TW之聯測,促進醫療資訊系統之整合。
    IHE is an international project for the integration of medical information systems. According our investigation, the integration profiles in IHE technical frameworks were classified into four categories (departments’ workflow, reports, document sharing, and IT infrastructure). And we purposed a methodologies for the integration of proprietary HIS with IHE frameworks. Through the classifications and methodologies, we can simplify the sophisticate problems of system integration in the domain of healthcare. This paper also suggested a strategy as that in IHE planning, testing, and demonstrating for asking venders constructing standardized medical information systems.
