    Title: 以腦電波通道相關係數來偵測癲癇腦波發作的現象

    Abstract: 腦波圖(electroencephalogram,簡稱EEG)是目前腦神經檢常最常使用的儀器,其波形具有相當多的生理意義,亦是醫師診斷的依據,因此我們希望能夠對癲癇波形進行分析,並建立一套協助臨床診斷分析的系統。本研究以癲癇症患者的顱內腦波訊號資料以各個通道在特定的時段,以皮爾森積差相關係數(Pearson coefficient of product-moment correlation)計算每兩兩通道(channel)之間的相關係數,並以灰階相關矩陣(Correlation Matrix)呈現,並透過階層式分類技術(Hierarchical Clustering),找出波形相似的通道,以樹狀結構和通道顏色地圖(color map)來呈現。
    本研究以LABVIEW 8.2為主要介面工具並結合MATLAB 2006a作為主要的核心運算工具。資料來源為慈濟醫院腦神經內科辛裕隆醫師的病患資料,並以顱內腦波為主。經由相關性的角度分析,可了解當時該通道與其他通道波形的相似或相異,來判斷該通道是否有異狀。
